Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 4 to 10 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned after its sealed packaging has been opened, unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
